Second Varsity Four Comes in First
BOSTON, Mass. – The Boston College rowing team competed in its last home race of the season on Saturday on the Charles River. The Eagles raced in five boats in four events.  Â

BC raced two boats in the second varsity four event. The "A" crew won the race in 8:32.9, coming in ahead of Rhode Island. BC's "B" crew finished third in a time of 9:03.1

The Eagles finished second in the varsity four in 8:26.4, finishing behind Dartmouth. Rhode Island placed third.

The Eagles' second varsity eight finished in second place in 7:21.5 behind Dartmouth and ahead of Bates and Rhode Island.  Â

In the varsity eight race, BC finished fourth in 7:23.5, behind Dartmouth, Rhode Island and Bates.
