The goalkeeper posted a career-high 11 saves in win at Louisville
GREENSBORO, N.C. – Junior goalkeeper Lauren Daly was tabbed the Atlantic Coast Conference Defensive Player of the Week, announced by the league on Tuesday morning.

Daly's strong showing at Louisville included a career-high 11 saves, and her second-half effort was integral in holding the Cardinals to only 10 goals for the game. After being down 5-3 at halftime, Daly's five saves in the second half - combined with the offense's 16 goals - sealed another win for the Eagles.Â

The Shoreham, N.Y. native has started in all ten games on the season, slating 534:24 minutes on the season. With her 77 saves this season, she has accumulated 180 career saves, which places her 10th on the all-time saves list.

The Eagles play today, March 20, at Yale. The game will start at 1 p.m. and will be streamed on the Ivy League Network.
