Bolden-Morris Named To All-ACC Freshman Team

Eagles guard sixth BC player to earn All-Freshman honors
GREENSBORO N.C. – Freshman guard Milan Bolden-Morris has been named to the All-ACC Freshman Team, as announced today by the conference office. Bolden-Morris was named to the Coaches All-ACC Freshman Team as well as the Blue Ribbon All-Freshman Team.
Bolden-Morris is the sixth Eagle to earn All-Freshman Team accolades.
The Belle Glade, Florida, product is the second leading scorer among ACC rookies this season (12.1 ppg.) and is the Eagles leading scorer.
Bolden-Morris has led Boston College in scoring in nine games, including her career-high 20 points at Georgia Tech. She has recorded double-figures in 19 games, including 10 times in ACC action.
The Eagles guard leads BC in minutes played (35.1) and three-pointers (78), which is now the programs all-time leader in three-pointers made by a freshman. Bolden-Morris has hit four or more three-pointers in a game nine times, including her career-high five vs. Georgia Tech and Notre Dame.
No. 13 seed Boston College will face No. 12 North Carolina on Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the first round of the ACC Tournament at Greensboro Coliseum. The game will be televised on NESN.
