Checking in on the 17 BC women's hockey alumnae that are playing professionally during the 2018-19 season.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The 2018-19 professional hockey season is well underway, with 17 Boston College Eagles scattered across six teams in three leagues. In the National Women's Hockey League, 10 former BC student-athletes sit tied for first place overall, with nine skating for the 6-2-0 Boston Pride and one for the 6-2-0 Minnesota Whitecaps.
Lexi Bender | NWHL | Boston Pride
In eight games played, Bender has four assists and a plus-minus rating of six. Additionally, the defenseman has put 10 shots on goal.

Blake Bolden | NWHL | Buffalo Beauts
Bolden has played in all seven of Buffalo's games this season, assisting on two goals while firing 15 shots on goal from the blue line. Bolden has blocked three shots and has a plus-minus rating of +4.

Kristina Brown | CWHL | Worcester Blades
Brown has played in all 17 games for Worcester and has registered one assist.

Katie Burt | NWHL | Boston Pride
Burt has started all eight of Boston's games this season, going 6-2-0 with a 2.12 goals against average and .913 save percentage. The Lynn, Mass. native made a career-high 36 saves in a 5-1 win at the Minnesota Whitecaps on Dec. 1 and has made 25 or more saves in four of eight games.

Carpenter leads the Rays with 16 points on eight goals and eight assists. Carpenter has three power-play points (1G, 2A) and also two short-handed points (1G, 1A) while tallying one game-winning goal and a +7 rating.

Emily Field | NWHL | Boston Pride
Field started the 2018-19 season with a three-game point streak. The Littleton, Mass. native scored in consecutive games and then earned her first multiple-point outing of the season with two assists against the Metropolitan Riveters on Oct. 27.
