Coffey, Bike, Bryant Honored by The United Soccer Coaches Association

Sophomore Sam Coffey named to the first team.
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Three Boston College players – Sam Coffey, Jenna Bike and Alexis Bryant – were all honored by the United Soccer Coaches Association to the Division 1 All-Atlantic Region team as announced today.
Coffey, a sophomore, earned a spot on the first team after leading the ACC in scoring all season with 12 goals, 14 assists for 38 points. The ACC Midfielder of the Year scored a goal or assist in 14-of-20 games and posted her first career hat trick vs. Virginia Tech. She also had a career-high five game-winning goals and four game-winning assists.
Bike, a junior, was named to the second team. She finished the season with one goal and four assists for six points. The speedy forward scored the game-winner against Florida State this season. She also had three assists in the win over Pittsburgh.
Bryant, a graduate senior, was a third team selection. A native of Kensington, Md., Bryant played and started all 20 games. She played a career-high 1827 minutes and posted a goals-against average of 0.79. She finished the season with a 13-5-1 record and a career-high eight shutouts.
Boston College went 13-5-1 and placed fourth in the ACC this past season.
