Eagles meet with local students to celebrate academic year
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Boston College student-athletes have once again spent the academic year corresponding with students at Thomas Edison Elementary School in Brighton, Mass. Throughout the school year, the Eagles and local children trade letter back and forth as pen pals.Â
Learning Resources for Student-Athletes (LRSA), along with BC's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) sponsored the annual Pen Pal Picnic, which the students from Thomas Edison met the Eagles they had been writing to all year long.Â
