Sam Coffey Named To US U-20 WNT Roster

Coffey makes roster for four team tournament in Dec.
Boston College freshman Sam Coffey has been named to the U.S. Under-20 Women's National Team 24-player preliminary roster for the 2017 Women's Nike International Friendlies.
The tournament will run from Dec. 7-11 at the Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. The four-team tournament will feature the USA, Brazil, England and Finland. In each match 20 players from the roster will be selected in each of the three matches.
Coffey is coming off training camp with the Under-20's prior to the Thanksgiving break.
The Eagles midfielder finished her first season with five goals and a team-high 10 assists for 20 points. She led the team in shots on goal, shots taken and finished the season on a four-game point scoring streak with one goal and four assists.
Boston College will soon announce the off-season schedule which will begin in February.
