Eagles will bring in six new players for next year’s freshman class
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Boston College women's hockey head coach Katie Crowley announced the Eagles' Class of 2022 today, a six-player class that will enroll at Boston College this fall and begin their collegiate careers during the 2018-19 season.

The future Eagles who signed National Letters of Intent include:
"We are very excited about the depth of this incoming class" Crowley said. Â "Every one of them has made an impact on their current teams, on and off the ice, and we expect that same impact here at Boston College. Their talent, work ethic and passion for the game are what make all six great additions to our team."

Five of the players in the class – Browne, Fey, Finocchiaro, Norcross and Pickreign – played together on the Boston Jr. Eagles and two players in the Class of 2022 – Browne (U.S.) and McArthur (Canada) – played on their countries' Under-18 National Teams in 2017.

Additionally, defenseman Cayla Barnes will return to BC to re-start her freshman year and join the Class of 2022 – both academically and athletically – after withdrawing from school as a freshman in late October to join the 2017-18 U.S. National Team for the 2018 Winter Olympic Games.
