Pandelena Qualifies For PGA Tour Latinoamérica

Former Eagle earns status on tour
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – Former Eagle Nicholas Pandelena earned membership into the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica after his performance last week in the Mazatlán Q-School at the Mar Golf & Beach Resort in Mazatlán, Mexico.
Pandelena finished T25 in the event with membership awarded to a total of 30 players and any player tied for the 30th spot. The tournament featured a field of 120 players from 10 countries.
The Atkinson, N.H., product finished even par in the tournament with scores of 74-72-68-74—288. Pandelena's best round was the third when he finished -4 on the day. He had a stretch of five birdies in seven holes to get to -5 up to that point. That 68 was the 11th-best round in the entire tournament.
The PGA TOUR Latinoamérica season is scheduled to start at the 70th Avianca Colombia Open during the third week of February.
