McKenzie Meehan Named To U-23 USWNT Team

Meehan headed to England to play in Nordic Tournament in June.
Boston College forward McKenzie Meehan has been named to the U.S. Under-23 Women's National Team that will compete in a four-team Nordic Tournament at St. Georges Park in England from May 28-June 8.
The team will play Sweden on June 2, Norway on June 4 and England on June 7.
Meehan, a native of Glocester, Rhode Island, is one of 20 players called up by coach Janet Rayfield.
This past season Meehan led Boston College in scoring with 17 goals, four assists for 38 points. She was on the 2015 Hermann Trophy Preseason Watch List and an All-ACC first-team selection. Meehan is the program's all-time leading goal scorer with 46 goals and is one goal away from tying the program record for game-winning-goals (15).
