Eagles Claim Second Win This Week

Three players each won on both the singles and doubles courts
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. – The Boston College men's tennis team won its second match in a row, topping Southern New Hampshire on Thursday by a 6-1 score. Aidan McNulty, Kent Mukai and Will Turner all won two matches on the day to back the team's win.
BC started the match by claiming the doubles point, with wins on the Nos. 2 and 3 courts. Alexandre Thirouin and McNulty teamed for a 6-0 win at No. 2 doubles, while Mukai and Turner took a 6-1 win at the No. 3 position.
In singles, BC won on the first five courts with McNulty, Melvin, Mukai, Kyle Childree and Turner all claiming wins. Melvin and Mukai each won their three-set matches with convincing second- and third-set scores after each dropping the first set.
BC (5-14) returns to the court on Saturday, April 9, when they host Brandeis at the Flynn Complex at 3 p.m.
