BC Highlights

Leading off for the Eagles on Friday evening was the 1500m tandem of freshman Johnny Kemps, junior James Zingarini and freshman Ian Ritchie. Respectively, the trio posted times of 3:54.18, 3:57.40, and 3:59.87, all new personal bests.
In the 5K, junior Brian McDavitt posted a breakthrough performance. With his time of 14:40.95, McDavitt set a new PR by over twenty seconds and took home 4^th overall in the event.
Also in the 5K, junior Kevin Sullivan, sophomore Daniel Moverman and junior Tyler Hanson all had good performances, coming in at 9^th, 13^th, and 15^th respectively.
The 800m race was led by sophomore Evan Gray for the Eagles. With a quick 1:54.07, Gray set a new season best and placed 16^th overall, closely followed by freshman teammate Ian Ritchie who clocked 1:55.71 and finished 26^th overall.
In the sprints, junior Nicholas Nash had impressive performances in both the 200m and 400m dashes. Finishing 20^th in the quarter, Nash posted a fast time 48.59, good for a new personal best. Likewise, setting an outdoor PR with his time of 22.46 in the 200m, Nash took home second place in his heat.

The Eagles will take the trip to the exciting Penn Relays in Philadelphia, PA, on Thursday April 28^th, returning home just in time for the Skyhawk Invitational at Stonehill College in Easton, MA, on Saturday April 30^th.
