BC HIGHLIGHTS.
- Red-shirt junior McKenzie Meehan scored her league leading 10th goal of the season.
- Canton native Lauren Berman scored her second goal of the season and had an assist.
- Sophomore Alexis Bryant earned her third victory and first ACC win of her career.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Eagles scored in the 12th minute when McKenzie Meehan converted from 10 yards out. The play began when Berman found Hayley Dowd in the middle of the field right outside the box. Dowd one-time a through ball on the foot of Meehan who ripped a shot into the far corner to the left of the Louisville goalkeeper Taylor Bucklin.
- Boston College went up 2-0 with four seconds to play in the half on a goal by Lauren Berman. Lauren Berman served the ball into the box to freshman Carly Leipzig. The rookie from New Jersey one-touched it and Berman ran onto the ball and placed the shot into the corner for a BC two goal lead,

- Three players started for the first time – Madeline McCracken, Madison Kenny and Shea Newman. Freshman Carly Leipzig played 25 minutes and picked up her first career point with an assist on Lauren Berman's goal.
- McKenzie Meehan scored her league leading 10th goal of the season. She now has 39 career goals placing her tied with former Eagle midfielder Kristie Mewis as the program's all-time leading goal scorer.
