HOW IT HAPPENED
- In the 13th minute, junior Emily McCoy scored off a penalty corner from freshman Frederique Haverhals following a set from Chelcie Mendonca to put the Eagles in front
- On a fast break 12 minutes later, freshman Lucy Lytle took a pass from junior Leah Frome to increase BC's lead to 2-0Â
- The Orange capitalized on a man-up in the 34th minute when Emma Russell scored off an assist from Emma Lamison
- Syracuse would even things up in the 64th minute when Alma Fenne deflected a shot off BC goalkeepe rLeah Settipane that flew into the top left corner of the net
- With 24 seconds remaining, Lamison dodged a defender from the left side and bounced her shot in for the game winner
