Boudreau, Hughes Named To All-ACC Academic Team

Boston College junior Nicole Boudreau and sophomore Kelly Hughes were named to the All-ACC Academic team as announced by the Atlantic Coast Conference today in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Boudreau and Hughes were two of 20 ACC players named to the team. Duke's Elizabeth Williams was named the *Kay Yow Scholar-Athlete of the Year.
This is the third consecutive season Boudreau was named to the All-ACC Academic team. Boudreau is working on a degree in marketing/management and leadership in the Carroll School of Management.
Boudreau became the 25th player in program history to surpass the 1,000 point plateau. The Eagles guard was BC's second leading scorer (11.7 ppg.), assists (2.8 apg.) and third in rebounding (4.7 rpg.).
Hughes is a first-time honoree of the All-ACC Academic team. A native of Point Pleasant, New Jersey, Hughes led BC in scoring (14.6 ppg.), rebounding (7.0 rpg.) and hit a career-high and team-high 81 three-pointers. She is a marketing major in the Carroll School of Management.
