
Women's Tennis Victorious Over FSU, 4-3

Chestnut Hill, Mass.- Boston College was victorious over Florida State on Friday afternoon, 4-3.
After two hard fought victories in the doubles competition, the Eagles took the early 1-0 advantage. Jessica Wacnik and Lexi Borr improved to 12-2 on the season with their victory.
In the singles competition, the Eagles took three out of six matches. Asiya Dair continued her win streak, improving her season record to 11-2 (7-0 ACC). Lexi Borr (9-5) and Emily Safron (8-7) contributed victories in the singles and doubles competitions; both proving to be crucial.
"Great team win," said head coach Nigel Bentley. "I thought we played with a lot of confidence tonight and the key was winning a few tight tiebreakers. Everyone contributed today."
Coming off of a big ACC victory, the 10-7 Eagles will take on Louisville this Sunday at 10:30 a.m.
