Women's Basketball Travels to #8/9 Louisville

The Boston College women's basketball team will travel to Louisville to play th No. 8/9 ranked Cardinals tonight at 7 p.m. Fans can view the game on the Cardinals website at - www.gocards.com.
Boston College is now 12-15 overall and 4-10 in the ACC, while Louisville is now 23-4 and 11-3 in the conference. BC lost to No. 9 Florida State, 86-68, on Sunday afternoon at Conte Forum. Emilee Daley had 17 points while Kelly Hughes chipped in with 16 points and nine boards. Junior Nicole Boudreau had 16 points and six assists in the loss.
Louisville was at Notre Dame on Monday night and fell, 68-52. The Cardinal have lost only three games in conference - at Florida State, at Duke and at Notre Dame.

- Nicole Boudreau, Kelly Hughes and Emilee Daley have combined for 180 of BC's ACC leading 227 three-pointers.
- BC is the only team in the ACC with three players in the Top 15 of three-pointers made - Hughes (2nd - 74); Boudreau (4th - 59) and Daley (15th - 47).
- Kelly Hughes has scored in double-figures in 20 games this season, while Nicole Boudreau has reached double-digits in 15 games.
- Freshman Katie Quandt matched her career-high with four blocks in the win vs. NC State.
- Junior Karima Gabriel had five blocks and five steals in the loss vs. FSU (2.22.15). The last player to have five or more blocks in a game was Carolyn Swords `10 with five vs. FSU in the ACC Tournament on March 5, 2010.
- Boston College is fifth in the conference in free throw percentage (.397) and second in three-pointer field goal percentage (.361).
