BC Highlights
- Boston College Women's cross country travelled to the University of Wisconsin for the Adidas Invitational, the most competitive cross country event in the country last weekend.
- The field included 20 of the 25 top-ranked programs in the nation, including No. 1 New Mexico and No. 3 Providence.
- BC finished 29th of 36 teams, however, two Eagles proved to be standouts on this national stage.
- Senior Laura Hottenrott finished 33rd in the field of 246. Her time for the 6K was 20:21.2, the fastest 6K of her collegiate career. Hottenrott has been named Eagle of the Week and ACC XC Athlete of the Week twice so far this season.
- Another outstanding performance came from freshman Isabelle Kennedy. Kennedy finished 56th with a time of 20:34.1 in her first ever 6K since arriving at BC.
