Pandelena, Sheenan Named Eagles of the Week

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - Junior Nicholas Pandelena (men's golf) and sophomore Brittany Sheenan (field hockey) have been named Eagles of the Week.
Pandelena won the individual title at the CCSU Blue Devils Fall Invitational over the weekend which led BC to a team win as well. Pandelena and teammate Connor Greenleaf both finished -2 in the two-day event and went to a playoff. Pandelena won on the second playoff hole. He had scores of 70 and 68 in the two rounds.
In Friday night's 3-1 victory against Providence, Sheenan recorded her first career hat trick. She scored the first two goals in the first five minutes of the game and then added the third in the 62nd minute. Sheenan leads the Eagles with five goals and 10 points on the season.
Men's golf will play in the Tar Heel Invitational this weekend in Chapel Hill. No. 15 Field hockey (3-1) hosts Boston University Friday night and No. 2 Connecticut on Sunday.
