The Boston College women's soccer team is on a two-game road trip in Jacksonville, Florida. The Eagles will play at Jacksonville on Friday at 6 p.m. followed by a Sunday afternoon match at North Florida (1 p.m.).
Boston College (1-1-0) has never played either Jacksonville or North Florida. Fans will be able to view both games online at asun.tv.

Boston College won the season opener vs. Colgate, 3-1. Senior Stephanie McCaffrey had a goal and an assist. Senior Alexandra Johnson earned the win ... The Eagles lost two days later to cross-town rival Boston University, 2-1, at Nickerson Stadium. Lauren Bernard scored the Eagles lone goal ... BC has started two rookie defenders in the first two games - Allyson Swaby and Madison Kenny. The tandem is expected to start in the back this weekend vs. Jacksonville and UNF ... Junior midfielder Jillian Lutz earned her first career start against Boston University. A native of Houston, Texas, Lutz has played in 12 career games for the Eagles. She set up Stephanie McCaffrey's first goal of the season vs. Colgate in the season opener. It was her first career point ... Junior Lauren Bernard scored the lone goal against Boston University off a corner kick. Bernard's corner kick went to the near post and deflected off the goalkeepers hands into the goal ... Sophomore Rosie DiMartino scored her first career goal, which was also her first career game-winning goal. The Eagles midfielder scored the second goal in the 3-1 win over Colgate in the season opener ... After the Eagles two-game road trip to Florida, Boston College will play at Northeastern on Wed., September 3, at 6 p.m. The Eagles next home match will be on Friday September 12 against Harvard at 4 p.m.
