Women's Fencing went undefeated at the Sollee Invitational, beating NYU, Stevens, Haverford, NJIT and Hunter with solid performances from all three weapon squads. Epee had a particularly strong day, outscoring their opponents by a combined 42-3. Freshman Renee Bichette and Sophomore Olivia Adragna were both 15-0, while Junior Cara Hall went 12-3. "This level of consistency is remarkable," commented Coach Fadner. "These three athletes work so well together, and are able to help one another achieve at a very high level."
The sabre and foil squads did not lag far behind - Sophomore sabrist Marnie Krupat posted a 14-1 record for the day, while her squad-mates, freshmen Jackie Bai and Carolyn Townsend, were each 11-4. In foil, Sophomore Linda Zhang continued her solid performance this season with a 10-3 showing. Grace Lisius was 9-3, and Monika Dworakowski 5-10.
