Women's Soccer To Open Up Spring Schedule This Weekend

Chestnut Hill, MA - The Boston College women's soccer team will open up the spring season with a round-robin game this weekend at Northeastern. The Eagles games will begin at 1 p.m. at Parsons Field.
Boston College will also participate in the Beanpot hosted by Boston University on Sunday, April 1. The teams participating in the Beanpot include BU, Northeastern and Harvard. The play will begin at noon.
The Eagles will also host the Boston Breakers this spring. BC and the Breakers will play on Wed., April 11 at 10 .m. at the Newton Soccer Field. The scrimmage will be open to the public.
BC will round out the spring season with a match vs. Colgate at the Newton Soccer Field on Saturday, April 14 at 4 p.m.
In other news, junior Victoria DiMartino just returned from La Manga, Spain with the US Under-23 National Team. DiMartino helped the Under-23's win the Four Nations Tournament. She played in all three games, including 66 minutes in the final 5-0 win over Norway. The US defeated Sweden (2-1), Norway (5-0) and lost to England (2-1).
