Chapel Hill, N.C. - Boston College sophomore Emma Plasteras garnered Atlantic Coast Conference All-Tournament honors, the league announced on Sunday after North Carolina took the tournament title over Maryland. The midfielder earned All-ACC honors for the first time the previous week.
The North Vancouver, British Columbia, native played in all 19 games for the Eagles (10-9) this season, racking up six points on two goals and four assists. She tied senior Jacqui Moorfield for the team lead in assists. A consistent player, Plasteras was rarely, if ever, substituted out of a game.
The fourth-seeded Eagles dropped a 3-1 decision to fifth-seed Wake Forest in the first round of the conference tournament on Nov. 1. BC finished with a winning record for the 14th consecutive season.
