MXC Finishes Second at the New England Championships

Westfield, Mass. – The Boston College men’s cross country team scored three members in the top 20 in finishing second out of 37 teams at the New England Championships on Sunday.
Seniors Louis Serafini (24:30.31) and Jordan Hamm (24:30.53) finished fourth and fifth respectively as the Boston College finished with a total of 123 points. Serafini’s mark was a personal record.
Tyler King (29:49.66), Anthony Bellitti (25:16.48), and Danny Kane (25:26.16) rounded out the top five.
The Eagles bested their 16th place finish in this event from last season and recorded their best finish in the event since 2006.
Boston College will be back in action on October 19 in East Greenwich, R.I. for the Rothenberg Race hosted by Brown University.
