Skarupa Named Pro-Ambitions Co-Rookie of the Week

Chestnut Hill, Mass. – After recording a goal and an assist on Alex Carpenter’s game-winning goal on Friday night, freshman forward Haley Skarupa has been named Pro-Ambitions Co-Rookie of the Week by the Hockey East.
Skarupa helped the Eagles gain a split of their two game series with Minnesota-Duluth this past week.
The Rockville, Maryland native is tied for a team best five points (three goals, two assists) and is second on the Eagles with 22 shots on goal.
Skarupa and the Eagles will be back in action this week with a home-and-home series against Boston University. Boston College will travel to Walter Brown Arena on Wednesday at 7 p.m. before hosting the Terriers at Kelley Rink on Saturday at 2 p.m.
