MXC Finishes Eighth at ACC Championships

Blacksburg, Va. - The Boston College men's cross country team finished eighth at the ACC Championships on Saturday. The Eagles scored two members in the top 50 and finished with 246 points, improving on a 11th place finish at the event last season.
Senior Louis Serafini recorded a team best 24:49.9 for the 8K course while seniors Tyler King (25:07.4) and Jordan Hamm (25:17.7) finished second and third for BC. This marked the second time Serafini finished first for the Eagles this season.
Boston College's top five was rounded out by Anthony Bellitti (25:32.2) and James Glover (26:06.0).
Jack Linehan (26:11.7), James Newhouse (26:26.0), Brian Wolff (27:13.1), and Richard Lucas (27:52.0) also competed at the event for the Eagles.
Boston College will be back in action on November 9 for the NCAA Northeast Regional in New London, Connecticut.
