The Boston College women's basketball program celebrated the 2010-11 season on Sunday afternoon at a banquet with staff, family, friends and FastBreak members at the Stockyard.
BC Head Coach Sylvia Crawley present awards to a number of players. Freshman Kristen Doherty was presented with the Defensive Player of the Year, while senior Jaclyn Thoman earned the Most Improved Player. Freshman Katie Zenevitch was the Coaches Award recipient while Carolyn Swords was named the team MVP.
Strength and Conditioning Coach Thomas Shruhan awarded Thoman and fellow senior Stefanie Murphy with the Co-Lifters Of the Year.
Seniors Stefanie Murphy and Carolyn Swords spoke and each thanks family, friends, staff and teammates for the last four years.
