Chestnut Hill, Mass. - Fans have their first chance to meet the 2011-12 BC women's ice hockey team at the Skate with the Eagles Day on Saturday, Dec. 10. Attendees are invited to skate on Kelley Rink with the team immediately following the game with Mercyhurst at 2 p.m. Skate with the Eagles Flyer 
Admission is free, but participants are required to bring their own equipment and must wear a helmet. Once on the ice, fans will have the opportunity to get autographs from the team and meet Baldwin.
Space is limited, so interested parties should send an R.S.V.P. titled "Skate with the Eagles" to kennedcv@bc.edu at their earliest convenience.
Boston College is ranked No. 4 in the country and Mercyhurst is seventh, so come out and support the Eagles as they square off against another top 10 team in their first meeting with the Lakers since 2006. The skate is the final contest of the 2011 calendar year for Boston College.
