The Boston College women's tennis team lost two matches by the score of 7-0 this weekend to two top-10 nationally ranked ACC opponents in No. 1 North Carolina and No. 8 Duke.
Freshman Ina Kauppila put up the Eagles best effort for the weekend in a 7-6 (3), 6-3 loss at the number four singles spot to Duke's Mary Clayton.
Boston College is back in action on Thursday, April 1 as it will host Georgia Tech in Weymouth. The match starts at 12 p.m.
