Boston College Loses To No. 64 Harvard 6-1

The Boston College women's tennis team fell to No. 64 Harvard 6-1 on Saturday afternoon on the campus of Harvard University at the Murr Center Tennis Courts.
The loss drops Boston College to 2-4 on the season, while the win improves Harvard to 3-1.
The bright spot on the day for the Eagles came in singles action. Freshman Ina Kauppila followed up her first ever collegiate singles victory over Memphis on Friday with another win less than 24 hours later. She took down Samantha Rosekrans at the number four singles spot by the score of 6-4, 6-0.
Junior Katharine Attwell had her eight match winning streak snapped as well for the Eagles as she, and partner Brittany Delaney, lost at number two doubles 8-3.
Boston College will be back in action on Saturday, February 13 as they will travel down to College Park to begin conference play against Maryland. The match will start at 11 a.m.
