Chestnut Hill, MA - Maddie Payne scored her first goal of the season to lead Boston College past Virginia, 1-0, in the quarterfinal of the 2010 ACC Tournament at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina.

Payne scored late in the second half to lead the Eagles to victory. BC will play Maryland on Friday, November 5 at 7:30 p.m.
