Men's Cross Country Concludes Season at IC4A Championship

The Boston College men's cross country competed at the IC4A Championship on Saturday, Nov. 20. The Eagles took 14th in the 19 team field with 344 points. Sophomore Louis Serafini led BC with a placing of 52nd in a time of 26:07.5.
Keeping pace was fellow sophomore Danny Kane. The Tappan, N.Y. native crossed the line in 26:11.7 for 57th overall.
Soon thereafter was senior Ian Thomas with a time of 26:21.0 for 70th and sophomore Jordan Hamm at 26:30.5 for 81st.
Senior Theodore Doyle rounded out the scoring for BC in 93rd, finishing the five mile course in 26:41.4.
Sophomore Jack Linehan, senior Michael Keebler and graduate student Brian Hughes also competed for the Eagles, but neither contributed to the final team score.
The 26th ECAC Championship meet marks the end of the 2010 men's cross country season.
Several of the cross country team members will resume competition as part of the Boston College indoor track team. The indoor season will begin at the Jay Carisella Invitational at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston, Mass. on Dec. 5.
