
Emily Kozniuk Named All-American

CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - For the second consecutive year, Emily Kozniuk has been selected to the NFHCA All-America Team, as announced by the league on Monday, November 22.
Kozniuk, the only Eagle selected this season, was named to the Second Team. 2010 has been a successful final campaign for the senior captain, who was named to the Preseason All-ACC Team, the All-ACC Team, and the Northeast Regional First Team.
She was named a Third Team All-American last season.
The North Vancouver, British Columbia native finished second on the team in points (19) and third in goals (6). She also led the team in assists (7) for the third year in a row. Her six goals included three gamewinners, one against ACC opponent Duke. She started in every game she ever played and was third on the team in points in her sophomore (2008) and junior (2009) years. Last season her 15 assists were 12th most in the nation. Kozniuk ends her career with 61 career points with 15 goals and 31 assists, landing her at second place in BC's all-time record book for Career Assists (31).
