2009-10 Women's Hockey Schedule 
CHESTNUT HILL, Mass. - The Boston College women's ice hockey team has released its schedule for the 2009-10 season.
The Eagles will begin their season on the road at Clarkson (Oct. 2) for two games before returning to Conte Forum for their season opener against Syracuse on Friday, October 9 at 2:00 p.m.
Other non-conference matchups this year include home contests against Colgate (Oct. 10), Quinnipiac (Oct. 16), Minnesota/Duluth (Nov. 27-28), Yale (Jan. 9) and St. Lawrence (Jan. 14-15).
The team will open Hockey East play in Chestnut Hill where it will take on Northeastern (Oct. 13) and Maine (Oct. 18) to start the conference schedule. Other notable Hockey East matchups at home include games against arch-rival Boston University (Nov. 18) and New Hampshire (Dec. 8 and Feb. 21).
Boston College will also attempt to defend its 2008 Beanpot title when it matches up against Harvard on Tuesday, February 2 at 8:00 p.m. Harvard will also serve as the host school for this years tournament.
Hockey East playoff games and the NCAA quarterfinals will be held at campus sites with the Frozen Four taking place in Minneapolis, Minn.
