Miami, FL - The Boston College women's tennis team was defeated by the University of Miami 6-1 in ACC play this afternoon.
The loss drops the Eagles to 4-4 on the season and 1-2 in the ACC.
Junior Brittany Delaney scored the lone point for the Eagles, defeating Alessa Waibel (6-2, 4-6, 10-2).
The Eagles continue their Florida roadtrip with a non-conference match against Florida Atlantic on Friday March 7.
