Men's Track & Field Opens Season at Husky Carnival

BOSTON, Mass. - Senior David Emerson recorded a time of 8:39.28 to finish third in the 3000m run as the Boston College men's track and field team opened its 2009-10 indoor season on December 5 at the Husky Winter Carnival at Northeastern University. The Eagles finished the day with four top-10 finishes.
Junior Mark Domaracki finished in 10th place in the 200m dash with a time of 22.96. Domaracki's classmate Tyler Archer picked up a top-10 finish of his own finishing eighth in the 500m dash with a time of 1:07.47.
Junior Jon Bogosian capped off the Eagles top-10 finishes by placing 10th in the Men's High Jump with a leap of 1.88m.
Freshman Kyle Nelson also had a solid day for the Eagles as he performed very well in his first even collegiate meet by finishing in 12th place in the 500m dash with a time of 1:08.68.
The men are back in action at the Harvard Invitational on December 12 in Cambridge, Mass.
