The Boston College volleyball team dropped its match to #17 Florida State on Friday night in Tallahassee, Fla.
The Eagles are now 12-17 on the year while Florida State moves to 26-2.
BC opened the match with almost identical performances in the opening two sets. The team had 12 kills in the first and second sets as well as a .250 hitting percentage in the first set and a .200 percentage in the second.
Despite BC's efforts, the Seminoles' attack was too powerful for the Eagles to overcome and Florida State won the match, 3-0.
Freshman Krissy Mussenden reached a milestone on the day, as she recorded 1000 assists for the season. Senior Taylor Williams also led the Eagles in kills on the day with nine and sophomore Brennan Clark tallied eight digs.
The Eagles will remain in Florida for the weekend to take on Miami on Sunday, November 22 at 1:00 p.m.
