Men's Track Competes at Terrier Invitational

BOSTON, Mass. - Sophomore Ian Thomas ran an IC4A qualifying time of 1:54.22 in the 800m and finished in ninth place to lead the Boston College men's track and field team on Saturday at the Terrier Invitational held at the BU Track and Tennis Center.
The Eagles' distance medley relay team finished third with a time of 10:14.62 which also qualified for the IC4A Championships.
Senior captain Timothy Ritchie competed in the 3000m where he posted a 8:27.43. Sophomore Mark Domaracki finished in 20th in the 400m dash with a time of 49.80.
Sophomore Jon Bogosian took seventh place in the high jump by clearing 1.84m. He also competed in the triple jump where he leaped 11.81m. Freshman Matt Adetula recorded a 6.47m mark in the long jump, putting him in 13th.
Sophomore Mathew Kosmas finished 20th in the weight throw with a toss of 14.44m.
BC will compete in the Northeastern Reebok Collegiate event on Friday, January 30 at the Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.
