Brooke Knowlton Named to Soccer Buzz Elite Team

Chestnut Hill, MA - Boston College sophomore Brooke Knowlton was named to Soccer Buzz Elite Team of the Week on Tuesday. This is Knowlton's second time earning this honor as she made the team on October 9, 2007.

Knowlton earned the honor for her performance this week as the Eagles won two games to improve to 6-1-0 on the season. Knowlton had two goals and an assist in a 5-0 victory over Stony Brook on Friday, Sept. 12. She followed that up with the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Central Connecticut State on Sunday, Sept. 14.

Knowlton has currently scored in the last three games and leads the Eagles in scoring with five goals and one assist for 11 points. Last season, Knowlton led the Eagles in goals and points with five goals and 10 points.
