Chelsey Feole Invited to Under-21 National Squad

Chestnut Hill, MA - Boston College Chelsey Feole was named to the Under-21 U.S. Junior National squad announced recently by the United States Field Hockey Association. Sophomore Jessica Roberts was named to the Junior Developmental team. Both are under consideration for the updcoming Junior World Cup hosted by Harvard University and Boston College, Aug. 4-16, 2009.
In other Boston College field hockey news, the Boston College Head Coach Ainslee Lamb led a New England team to the National Championship at National Training Center in Virginia Beach in June. Joining Lamb in the winners circle were her Boston College players - Chelsea Feole, Julia Berkowitz, and Jessica Roberts.
Feole, Roberts and incoming freshman Courtney Tavener trained at the Jr. National Camp at Babson College at the start of July. Tavener and Catherine O'Brien, another incoming freshman, also competed in the National Futures Championship.
