Three Women's Soccer Players Honored By The ACC

Charlottesville, VA - Three Boston College women's soccer players - goalkeeper Sarah Buonomo, defender Kia McNeill and midfielder Chelsea Regan - have been named to the 2007 All-ACC Academic Team, as announced today by Commissioner John Swofford.
McNeill is a repeat honoree, while Buonomo and Regan made the team for the first time.
To be eligible for consideration, a player must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during his academic career.
In addition to the three Eagles, the 2007 All-ACC Academic Women's Soccer team is as follows:
