Field Hockey Releases Spring Schedule

Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Boston College field hockey team announced its spring schedule on Thursday, which is made up of four tournaments, including two taking place on the Newton Campus Turf Field.
The Eagles open their spring the first weekend in April in Newton, Mass., with 7v7 and 11v11 play against the local competition of Providence, Boston University and Northeastern. They then travel to Princeton, N.J., the following weekend.
On Saturday, April 19, BC heads to Syracuse, N.Y., to take on Syracuse, Colgate and Lafayette in seven-player teams and then the full 11-player teams. They will return to the Heights for the last weekend in April to play more regional rivals, including BU, Harvard, Connecticut and Syracuse.
The current Eagles have a friendly matchup against former players in the alumni game on Sunday, April 27 at 1 p.m.
