2007 All-ACC Academic Women's Lacrosse Team Announced

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Boston College placed three women's lacrosse student-athletes on the All-Atlantic Coast Conference Academic Women's Lacrosse team, as announced by Commissioner John D. Swofford. All six league schools competing in women's lacrosse are represented on the honor squad, including six student-athletes who received all conference accolades.
Senior Katherine Wagoner, senior Elizabeth Kadison and sophomore Emily Hannigan were all honored for their accomplishments in the classroom. To be eligible for consideration, a student-athlete must have earned a 3.00 grade point average for the previous semester and maintained a 3.00 cumulative average during her academic career.
The Duke Blue Devils led all schools with nine honorees on this year's team. The Virginia Tech Hokies and North Carolina Tar Heels placed six student-athletes on the academic squad apiece, followed by Maryland with four selections. Rounding out full ACC representation is Boston College and Virginia, which each tallied three honorees on the honor squad.
