Chestnut Hill, Mass. - The Track and Field team heads to Clemson University for the ACC Championships, which begin today and run through the weekend.
Freshman Caitlin Bailey has achieved top-ten ACC times in both the 400m and 800m runs this season, putting her in good position to succeed at the Championships. Bailey's time of 2:08.32 in the 800m is the second-fastest time by an ACC runner this year.
Senior Jessica Flinn has a top-ten ACC time in the mile run this year, and three Eagles runners have similar standing in the 5000m. Sophomore Nicole Lister (3rd), Senior Laurel Burdick (4th), and Senior Kristen Coon (10th) have all achieved top-ten ACC times this year, meaning this could be one of BC's strongest events this weekend.
