CHESTNUT HILL, MA - Hannah Cerrone, a freshman on the Boston College women's soccer team, was named to the Soccer America All-Freshman second-team.
Cerrone, an All-ACC Freshman Team member, was a steady defender in the backline of the Eagles defense that allowed only 10 goals all season. She helped the Eagles defense to a 0.475 Goals-Against-Average, good enough for sixth in the country.
Cerrone, a native of Wappingers Falls, NY, scored her first career goal vs. NC State. Cerrone was also named to the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association second-team.
