Sechrist and Nolan Compete at 2007 Wilson/ITA Regional Championships

PRINCETON, N.J. - Men's tennis sent Jason Sechrist and Thomas Nolan to compete in the 2007 Wilson/ITA Northeast Regional Championships, which took place from Oct. 19-22.
In the main draw of singles play, Sechrist received a bye in the first round, the Round of 128. After the field was cut-in-half, Sechrist played Penn State's Ryan Gormley. In the round of 64, Gormley defeated Sechrist, 6-2, 6-1.
Thomas Nolan defeated Moshe Levy of Binghamton, 6-2, 3-6, 6-1 in the Round of 128. In the Round of 64, Colorado's Jonathan Wong defeated Nolan, 6-4, 7-6 (2).
In doubles play, Chris Clayton and Will Guzick of Harvard defeated Sechrist and Nolan, 8-3 in the first round.
The men's tennis team is off until Jan. 26 when they travel to Providence, R.I. to play Brown University.
