
Women's Tennis Swept By No. 13 Georgia Tech

Atlanta, Ga. - The Boston College women's tennis team fell to a powerful No. 13 ranked Georgia Tech team, 7-0 in Atlanta, Ga.
The top four players on the Yellow Jackets, all ranked in the top 80 in the nation, took down BC's four best. In the No. 5 position, Gia Nafarrete lost to Whitney McCray 6-3, 6-3 and Christy Striplin finished off the sweep of singles with a victory over Lindsey Nash.
The Eagles were outmatched on the doubles side as well, dropping all three matches to the Yellow Jackets.
BC will travel to Duke to face the No. 10 ranked Blue Devils on April 1.
