BOSTON, Mass. - The Boston College men's track and field team competed in the Valentine Classic on February 10 and 11. The event was hosted by Boston University at BU's Track and Tennis Center.
Christopher Caulfield finished 43rd in the 400-meter dash out of a field of 139 runners. Caulfield finished the race in 50.34 seconds.
Ryan Henry was the 23rd finisher in a time of one minute, 06.56 seconds in the 500.
Josh Springer finished the one-mile run in 4:21.60 and Daniel Springer finished in 4:28.54.
James LaGreca completed the 1,000 in 2:31.92 and Brendan Collins finished in 2:33.18.
Benjamin Kocarnik placed 13th in the pole vault with a mark of 14 feet, 01.25 inches, while Shawn Kushiyama finished in a four-way tie for 28th, with a mark of 13-01.50.
Percy Addo-Yobo finished 27th with a leap of 40-06.75.
The Eagles compete again on February 23-25 in the ACC Championship in Blacksburg, Va.
