Men's Cross Country Places Third at Quinnipiac Invitational

Hamden, Conn. - The men's cross country team placed third out of nine teams at the Quinnipiac Invitational on Friday, September 23. Senior Drew Wiechnicki placed second out of a field of 82 runners and was BC's top finisher.
Wiechnicki ran the course in 26 minutes, 55.2 seconds. Following Wiechnicki was freshman Patrick Viklund in 11th overall place and a time of 27:20.5.
Freshman James LaGreca was 20th overall with a time of 27:48.1, while sophomore Jeff Klatsky was 26th with run of 28:06.1. Sophomore Josh Springer ran a 28:12 for 29th overall.
Senior Chris Scully, was 35th overall with a time of 28:42.6, while freshman Brendan Collins came in at 28:49.8 for 38th. Rounding out the field for the Eagles was freshman Patrick Carey with a time of 32:29.8.
