
Women's Tennis Finishes Season 11-11

The women's tennis team lost to St. John's, 4-0, on Saturday in the Big East Tournament consolation match in Tampa, Fla. The Eagles earned a fourth-place finish at the championship.
Freshman Gia Nafarrete and senior Nida Waseem teamed to win BC's lone match of the day. The duo defeated Hande Gorur and Allison Davidson, 8-6, at No. 1 doubles.
After the Red Storm claimed the doubles point, Nafarrete, Lindsey Nash and Amy Molden all lost in straight sets as St. John's clinched the victory.
BC finishes the season with an 11-11 record.
